Harbour Expedition Lauwersoog
Step aboard and discover Lauwersoog from the water. During this trip, we sail into the harbour and share the story of how this remarkable place came to be and how it has developed over time. You’ll pass the fish auction, fishing vessels and large service ships for offshore wind farms – a harbour shaped by both history and change.
After a tour through the harbour, we head out onto the Wadden Sea. At low tide, you can see birds busily searching for food on the exposed tidal flats. With a bit of luck, we’ll also spot seals resting on a sandbank or swimming alongside the boat. Don’t forget your binoculars !
The trip lasts around two hours and offers a fun, educational experience for all ages.
